We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate should excel in team leadership, client engagement, and strategic sales planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to business expansion through effective team and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve both individual and collective targets.
Develop and execute business growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct client meetings, manage interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals successfully.
Track team performance and provide continuous coaching and constructive feedback.
Collaborate with senior management to design and implement effective sales strategies.
Oversee the entire sales process--from lead generation to final deal closure.
Ensure a seamless experience for clients while nurturing long-term relationships.
Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in sales and team management (experience outside the real estate industry is preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends (weekly off on a weekday).
Owning a two-wheeler or four-wheeler is an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
