Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Identify, target, and acquire new digital marketing and IT business opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.

Market Research:

Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, business opportunities, and potential clients.

Proposal Development:

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Revenue Targets:

Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align client requirements with service delivery.

Brand Representation:

Represent SunGlow Digital Services at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Industry:

IT/Digital Marketing

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of proven success in business development within the Digital Marketing or IT industry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively.

Networking:

Strong networking abilities with a knack for building long-term professional relationships.

Sales Acumen:

Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets. Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, SMM, Lead Generation, and Website Development. Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics.
