Business Development Manager (BDM)

with 3-6 years of experience in

cold calling

technical product marketing

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating qualified leads, building a strong sales pipeline, and converting opportunities through strategic outreach and product communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can blend marketing execution with sales acumen to grow business in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and engage with potential B2B clients through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn. Explain and promote technical products effectively to decision-makers. Research and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools. Create and present sales content such as one-pagers, mailers, and product decks. Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns and generate inbound interest. Track leads and opportunities through CRM systems and adjust outreach based on performance data. Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and approach. Maintain and grow relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. Provide weekly reports and insights to management on pipeline status and lead conversion.

Requirements



3-6 years of experience in

business development

technical sales

in the IT/Technology sector. Excellent communication and persuasion skills in spoken and written English. Strong understanding of

. Experience with

CRM platforms

. Content creation and campaign management skills are a strong plus. Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
