We are looking for a resilient, empathic Business Development Manager to contribute to the growth of our company. BDM is responsible for relationship management and for ensuring that projects deliver against the goals and targets laid out in the results management framework. Also responsible for generating new business, customer leads and acting as a focal point for business development initiatives. Responsibilities
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assess client needs and evaluate the company's ability to meet those needs.
Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, meetings, and market analysis.
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
Generate and follow up on leads and referrals from the sales team.
Arrange business meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Promote company products/services based on client objectives and market demand.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop sales plans, targets, forecasts, and growth projections.
Set goals for the business development team and monitor performance.
Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
Plan and oversee new marketing and market-entry initiatives.
Analyze market trends, risks, deal requirements, and financial feasibility.
Negotiate contracts and close new business deals in coordination with internal teams.
Increase value from existing clients while expanding into new markets.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Prepare daily activity reports and submit performance updates to the Project Head / Management.
Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and quarterly targets within timelines.
Qualification & Skills (Optional Add-on)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development or sales (Freshers may apply if specified).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good analytical and planning abilities.
