Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage Business Development Executives.
Handle end-to-end client relationships -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Manage existing clients, ensure timely order execution, and encourage repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and accounts) for smooth operations.
Identify new business opportunities and recommend product or market expansion ideas.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry meets, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in FMCG or HORECA sales.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience managing a small sales team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with ownership and accountability.
