Business Development Manager - Agency Channel

to build, train, and lead a strong team of insurance agents.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit & develop a team of Business Associates Train, mentor & motivate agents to achieve sales targets Plan & monitor sales activities Build strong customer & agent relationships Promote company products and ensure quality service

Qualifications

Experience in sales or team handling (insurance preferred) Strong communication & leadership skills Ability to plan, motivate & deliver results Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Insurance certifications are a plus)
