With a seasoned team of professionals, we are committed to exceeding expectations, setting new industry standards, and consistently striving for excellence, making us the preferred choice for all real estate needs. : We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager(preferably female) to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making regular connect with existing and prospective clients to further build up on the long term relationship and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular connect with the prospective clients through telephonic and F2F appointments.
  • Explain projects and services to clients and schedule appointments with the Sales Team.
  • Understand the requirements of prospects and offer tailored solutions.
  • Connect with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups over calls.
  • Proficiency in cold and warm calling.
  • Providing project information to clients in an effective manner.
  • Follow up on generated leads to nurture and convert them into long term SRE customers.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships by timely responding and assiting the customers.
  • Demonstrate strong and professional communication skills.
  • Create daily and weekly reports and present them to the Operations Head.
  • Possess excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and patience while coordinating with prospective clients.
  • Basic organizational skills, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and CRM usage.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 - 2 years Experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
