Your Role
As a BDM, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the direct marketing and sales of our premium product range, including:
Building Materials
Indoor & Outdoor Playground Equipment
Indoor & Outdoor Gym Equipment
Indoor Game Equipment
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Understand client requirements in depth and provide tailored product solutions.
Product Demonstration:
Effectively describe and market the company's products to potential B2C customers.
Sales Conversion:
Use strong convincing power to close deals and meet sales targets.
Communication:
Maintain professional communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and English (both verbal and written).
Requirements
Proven experience in Field Sales (2-3 years).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing power and ability to understand customer psychology.
Fluency in
Hindi, Gujarati, and English
is mandatory.
