Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation Develop and execute sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations Prepare proposals, contracts, and business plans Track sales performance and prepare regular reports Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in CRM tools
