Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager to expand Velour Spices through B2B, wholesale, retail, and distributor networks. The candidate should be growth-focused and capable of building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new markets, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Pitch Velour Spices products to potential B2B clients
Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
Develop promotional strategies to increase brand visibility
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing study
Coordinate with production & logistics teams for order fulfilment
Maintain sales reports and client databases
Attend exhibitions, trade events, and food fairs
Skills Required
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Good understanding of retail and FMCG sector
Ability to close deals and meet targets
Should be confident and presentable
Self-motivated and willing to travel as required
Qualification
Post - Graduate in Marketing / Business / Commerce (preferred)
