Experience required: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, Software Development, Cloud, and Digital Solutions
Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotes
Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a BDM or Business Development Executive in the IT industry
Strong understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in international client handling
Knowledge of bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
Familiarity with proposal writing and contract negotiation
