Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT services
Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role (IT industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand technical services and client needs
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus
