Key Responsibilities



Manage 3-4 centers & support counselors for admissions. Distribute leads among counselors & monitor follow-up. Help team to close admissions & achieve monthly targets. Handle inquiries, counseling & conversion. Conduct seminars / events for lead generation. Maintain sales reports & coordinate with marketing.

Skills Required



Strong communication & team management. Target oriented & good negotiation skills. Experience in education/ training field preferred.
