Role Overview
We are hiring
Business Development Managers (BDM)
who will play a key role in sourcing new clients, understanding their loan requirements, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and banking partners.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, strong negotiators, and experienced in client acquisition within the finance or loan sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication & Negotiation
Interact confidently with clients and deliver clear, professional communication.
Handle negotiations to ensure win-win outcomes.
2. Product Knowledge & Compliance
Maintain a strong understanding of loan products (Business Loans, Working Capital Loans, etc.)
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and documentation standards.
3. Client Sourcing & Qualification
Identify, source, and qualify potential leads for personal or corporate loan solutions.
4. Meetings & Loan Application Processing
Conduct client meetings to explain loan offerings and eligibility criteria.
Collect required documents and guide clients through the entire loan application journey.
5. Internal & Bank Coordination
Coordinate with internal credit and processing teams as well as banking partners to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
6. Networking & Business Development
Attend networking events, industry meets, and local market visits to promote V Pinnacle's services and build strong connections.

Education:
Bachelor's degree OR 12th pass with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Experience:
Proven experience in client acquisition and credit assessment
Capabilities:
Ability to understand client needs and offer personalized loan solutions
Strong analytical and communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling, field visits, and relationship-building
