Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, lead generation, and cold calling.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align efforts and share insights.
Track and report on business development activities and KPIs.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective strategies.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
