Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute FMCG sales and growth strategies
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
Manage distributors, retailers, and channel partners
Ensure product availability, market penetration, and visibility
Track competitor activities and analyze market trends
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of FMCG sales & distribution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Strong analytical and reporting ability
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
4-8 years of experience in FMCG sales/business development
Ability to travel as required
