Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and forecast revenue
Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.), MS Office Suite
Self-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
