We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Business Development Executive (BDE)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales negotiations to close business deals. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable service/solutions. Maintain an active client database and ensure consistent follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business growth strategies. Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience of

1-4 years

in sales / business development (preferred industry: education, staffing, finance, or service sector). Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term professional relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and basic digital tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
