Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads and convert them into ongoing clients Build and maintain strong client relationships for continuous business Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with internal teams Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements as per client discussions Handle meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients Ensure smooth coordination between business development and operations teams Maintain records, daily reports, and progress MIS

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Knowledge of Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing industry preferred Strong negotiation and presentation abilities Time management and ability to handle multiple client requirements Ability to understand diverse industry job roles and adapt quickly Client servicing and relationship management Lead generation and business development capability
