About Ghaslet:

Ghaslet is Bookends Hospitality's signature hot sauce brand. We're now scaling its reach through retail, foodservice, events, and creative partnerships that get the product into the right hand.

Role Summary:

We're looking for a driven and resourceful

Business Development Manager

to take full ownership of Ghaslet's market expansion. The role will focus on

retail sales, foodservice partnerships, pop-up participation, and event-led activations

. You'll work closely with internal teams on packaging, brand coordination, and operations while leading external outreach and relationship management. We're looking for someone who values experimentation, process-driven execution, and bold ideas -- and who loves food as much as we do.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail & Institutional Sales:



Build and manage relationships with gourmet retailers, boutique stores, restaurants, and cafes.

Events & Pop-Ups:



Identify and coordinate participation in local food festivals, pop-up markets, trade fairs, and community events. Organize tasting booths and sampling experiences to boost product trial and brand visibility.

Partnership Development:



Build collaborations with like-minded brands (e.g., artisanal food producers, packaging brands, or beverage startups) for cross-promotional opportunities.

Brand & Marketing Coordination:



Work on consistent branding across sales materials, sampling kits, and event collateral.Consistent brand visibility across touchpoints Support rollout of campaign ideas and seasonal launches in partnership with the marketing team.

Reporting & Planning:



Maintain lead/sales pipelines and document key partner and event conversations. Share performance insights and local trends to help shape growth strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

1-3 years of experience in business development, event partnerships, or brand growth, preferably in the F&B or FMCG space. Hands-on and proactive, with a strong network or understanding of event circuits, boutique retailers, or hospitality channels. Great communicator with strong follow-through and attention to detail. Creative thinker who enjoys building something from scratch. Should be able to travel for meetings, store visits, and event participation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
