Business Development Manager ( 5+ Years)

Technical skills (What is required?)

Minimum 5 years of working experience in International IT service sales Good understanding of the complete life cycle of Custom Web designing, Web Application Development, Application Re-engineering and Software development. Good understanding of the decision-making structure in midsize to large companies Have a good understanding of the businesses products or services and be able to advise others about them Proven track record: you're a consistent top performer and have excelled throughout your career An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal communication and presentation and negotiation skills Ability to create, develop, and enhance client relationships at time management and planning skills IAbility to act as an Account Manager for servicing clients. Possess proven ability to plan, develop, and execute online sales strategies; meet quarterly goals Grenterested and knowledgeable about the digital marketplace

Key Responsibilities (What you will be doing?)

Drive the full sales cycle to attain new business Generate fresh leads, make introductory calls, seek out the appropriate contact in an organization Manage lead pipeline in effective manner and nurture leads at various stages to convert them into lead with help of various stakeholders Analyze client profile, do background work about client and perform BANT analysis. Give relevant inputs to the sales head about the potential of a prospective client. Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them Create a proposal related scope of business and coordinate with BA team and Convert prospects to qualified opportunities/ customers Engage with internal teams during pre-sales Generate proposals/contracts for clients and ensure compliance with support of the Pre-sales team Do customer analysis, Identify large accounts and manage client relationships, suggest future roadmap and increase LTV Manage all leads and clients' information within CRM proactively Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department, and work in the sync with them to improve inbound leads Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world

Pay: ₹45,316.15 - ₹100,439.99 per month
