Job Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to expand and strengthen our educational consultant channel. The role involves partnering with consultants who guide students traveling overseas for higher studies, ensuring smooth tuition fee and living expense remittances through our services. The BDM will manage pre-sales, sales, and post-sales of the remittance process while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Expand the network of educational consultants and onboard them as partners.
Conduct webinars with consultants to guide students/parents through the remittance process, covering forex rates, mandatory documentation, and other essentials.
Support students throughout the remittance process by collecting required documents and ensuring compliance.
Follow up with students/parents for semester-wise tuition fee and living expense payments.
Maximize margins per transaction to increase overall revenue.
Cross-sell additional services such as education loans, visa facilitation, and insurance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of annual revenue, transaction value, and student acquisition targets.
Growth of consultant base (UG & PG consultants).
Conversion rate from leads to actual transactions.
Effective handholding of students/parents during the remittance process.
Successful execution of webinars with each onboarded consultant.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
