Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager (BDM)

with at least 2 years of experience in IT services sales. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Upwork

and

LinkedIn

lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through

Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online channels

. Manage Upwork profile: bidding, proposal writing, client follow-ups, and closing deals. Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with technical teams (React Native, React.js, Python, Digital Marketing, etc.) to create tailored solutions for client needs. Conduct regular market research to identify new trends and opportunities. Maintain a sales pipeline and prepare reports on business development progress. Represent the company in professional networking platforms like LinkedIn to build brand presence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum

2 years of proven experience

as a Business Development Executive/Manager in IT services. Hands-on experience with

Upwork and LinkedIn lead generation

. Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets. Good understanding of IT services like

Web Development, Mobile Apps (React Native), React.js, Python, and Digital Marketing
