Territories covered: Ahmedabad & Nearby Areas ( Radius of 100-150kms)

Business Development Manager

to spearhead our

franchise expansion business.

What You'll Do:

Identify and onboard high-potential franchise partners

in strategic locations within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas. Conduct

market research and territory mapping

to pinpoint growth opportunities in untapped areas. Pitch our

proven preschool business model

to aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, and educational enthusiasts. Build strong relationships with potential partners and guide them through the entire

franchise acquisition lifecycle

- from inquiry to launch. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for franchise sign-ups and region-wise expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, training) to ensure a smooth transition from franchise sign-up to school opening.

What We're Looking For:

3-10 years of

proven experience in

Franchisee, Business Development or B2B sales A strong

network in the Ahmedabad region

and understanding of local business dynamics. Excellent

communication and negotiation skills

- someone who can inspire trust and close deals effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to travel within the assigned territory. A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
