Skilled in managing both inbound leads and outbound business development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct introductory/discovery meetings (calls or in-person) with decision-makers.
Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations.
Manage the process of follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Lead outbound sales efforts:
1. Launch and manage outreach initiatives (calls, LinkedIn, email) to generate fresh opportunities.
2. Build a robust pipeline that goes beyond inbound inquiries.
Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports (conversion tracking, pipeline forecasting).
Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, focusing on upselling and retainer business.
Transfer all details of closed deals to the Servicing/Project team for smooth execution.
Work closely with the Owner on strategic, high-value accounts.
Stay informed on market and competitor activities, suggesting new service opportunities when needed.
