Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue & volume targets.
Identify and acquire new customers across packaging, automotive, agriculture, textiles, and consumer goods industries.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with regular visits & support.
Promote new and specialty masterbatches to existing & new clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with R&D and production for customer trials and timely deliveries.
Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
Requirements
Graduate in
Polymer / Plastic / Chemical Engineering
or
MBA (Marketing)
.
1+ years of experience
in Sales/BD in
Masterbatch / Plastic Raw Materials / Polymers
/
or any other field )
Strong technical understanding of masterbatches and plastic processing.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets (Domestic)
