Job Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads, closing investments, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Handling: Engage with incoming leads via calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client requirements and qualify leads effectively. Verification: Perform due diligence on leads to assess quality and potential. Client Meetings: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present company offerings and address client needs. Investment Closure: Guide clients through the investment process and close deals confidently and ethically. Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction post-deal closure by providing regular support and communication. Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Maintain records of lead status, conversion metrics, and client feedback using CRM tools. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and investment processes.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in sales, business development, or investment advisory roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong ability to close deals and manage client relationships Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Knowledge of financial products/investment strategies is a plus
