We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new US clients for our outsourced accounting services. The role requires strong sales skills, knowledge of US accounting standards, and experience in the KPO or outsourcing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities with US CPA firms and accounting businesses.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent lead generation and follow-ups.
Prepare and present customized proposals and service demonstrations.
Negotiate, finalize, and close service agreements with prospective clients.
Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat and long-term business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Update and manage client interactions and progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years of experience working with US clients in the KPO or outsourcing industry.
In-depth understanding of US accounting standards and outsourcing business models.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication
, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Prior experience selling services to US-based firms or accounting companies.
