We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our garment retail store franchise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in franchise development, business strategy, and retail management. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our retail brand by identifying and securing franchise opportunities, managing relationships with potential franchisees, and supporting the successful launch and operation of new franchise locations.
Experience 2-5 years in franchisees conversion
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Strategy & Expansion:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for franchise expansion in key markets.
Identify and evaluate potential markets for new franchise opportunities.
Work closely with senior management to align franchise growth plans with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain a network of potential franchise partners.
