We are a fast-growing menswear brand in the garment sector, dedicated to offering high-quality apparel that blends style, comfort, and affordability. With expanding retail and wholesale operations, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the menswear garment sector (B2B, retail, wholesale, and export).
Build and maintain strong client relationships with distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers.
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business deals to ensure profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to align business goals.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular business reports for management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-7 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the garment/apparel industry (menswear experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing, merchandising, and retail operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong networks and long-term business relationships.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
