Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and engage potential franchise partners from various industries (insurance, FMCG, retail, pharma, and other local businesses). Conduct daily field meetings and business development activities to generate leads and drive conversions. Present the franchise business model, investment details, and long-term growth potential to prospective partners. Negotiate effectively and close franchise agreements, ensuring mutual value creation. Maintain and track a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and structured reporting. Provide regular market insights, competitor intelligence, and progress updates to senior management. Build and maintain strong local networks to support sustained franchise growth. Travel extensively across assigned regions to execute expansion plans and achieve targets.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise expansion. Prior exposure to industries like FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Retail, Cement, Paints, or similar distribution-led businesses preferred. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business closures. Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.

Pay: ₹18,505.21 - ₹45,000.00 per month
