to join our FMCG sales team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and driving sales growth by building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or channels.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as defined by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and other channel partners.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competition, and emerging trends.
Execute product launches and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
Ensure the availability, visibility, and proper display of products in the market.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain/logistics for stock replenishment.
Provide feedback from the market to help improve products, services, and strategies.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales or business development in the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and distribution networks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
