Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
Identify and qualify potential clients and partners across international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to nurture prospects and drive engagement.
Present company services and solutions effectively during conversations.
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information and activity logs.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for proposals and demos.
Help develop scripts and pitch materials for calls and outreach.
Attend virtual client meetings and document key discussion points.
Track and report weekly performance metrics and call outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred).
6monts + years of experience in international lead generation or business development in IT or tech industry.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Strong phone presence and ability to conduct professional conversations confidently.
Comfortable working in different time zones as needed.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online research techniques.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in IT consulting, SaaS, or software development environments.
Exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.io is a plus.
Experience handling HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
Multilingual ability (optional, but a plus).
Compensation:
Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
