Role Overview
We're hiring a sharp, passionate, and high-performing Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across our tech services and digital solutions verticals. If you know how to pitch, close, and lead from the front -- this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead B2B business development across domestic and global markets (India, Middle East, SEA, US)
Identify new business opportunities across web/app development, SaaS tools, AI consulting, and IT solutions
Build strong sales pipelines via LinkedIn, freelance platforms, cold outreach, and partnerships
Create high-converting sales decks, client proposals, and pricing structures
Drive discovery calls, demos, and client negotiations
Work closely with founders, tech teams, and delivery managers to tailor offerings
Mentor and guide BDEs under your leadership
Meet and exceed revenue targets with a performance-driven mindset
Required Skills
4-6 years of experience in B2B Tech Sales / SaaS / IT Services / Automation
Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals (?5L - ?50L+)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
Comfortable in lead generation, pipeline management, and BD strategy execution
Self-driven, growth-focused, and extremely accountable
