Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary

Sales Head

to spearhead our sales operations at our newly established Mumbai branch. This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, exceptional team management skills, and a deep passion for the interior design industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and growing our presence in Mumbai, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

: Develop and implement robust sales strategies tailored to the Mumbai market to achieve and surpass revenue targets.

Team Management

: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead Generation and Conversion

: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into successful interior design projects through compelling pitches and tailored solutions.

Client Engagement

: Conduct high-level client consultations to understand their needs, present LXM Interiors' bespoke offerings, and ensure a seamless client experience from inquiry to project completion.

Relationship Building

: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and fostering repeat business and referrals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

: Work closely with design, project execution, and operations teams to ensure alignment and deliver cohesive, high-quality project outcomes.

Performance Analysis

: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to senior management to drive strategic decision-making.

Market Insights

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in Mumbai to position LXM Interiors as a market leader.
Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

: 4-5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the interior design, real estate, or high-value service sectors.

Leadership

: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to consistently achieve or exceed targets.

Market Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of the Mumbai market, including client preferences and competitive landscape.

Skills

: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to business development.

Track Record

: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced qualifications or certifications in sales or leadership are a plus.
