Role Description
We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development professional with a "full-stack" understanding of the digital ecosystem. You aren't just selling services; you are architecting growth solutions for brands. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value accounts that require a combination of Performance Marketing, SEO, custom web and mobile development, and CRM implementations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of navigating "The Gap"--the space between a client's business problem and our technical solution.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire sales funnel from lead generation and outbound prospecting to final contract negotiation.
Solution Architecting: Collaborate with our technical and creative teams to build custom pitch decks for complex requirements (e.g., a Mobile App build paired with a Go-To-Market performance strategy).
Consultative Selling: Identify client pain points across their tech stack (CRM/Web) and marketing funnel (SEO/Paid Media) to cross-sell integrated solutions.
Strategic Networking: Leverage your existing network of CMOs, CTOs, and Founders to secure "Month 1" discovery calls.
P&L Awareness: Ensure all proposed solutions are priced for profitability, working closely with the delivery team to validate scopes of work.
CRM Mastery: Maintain meticulous records of the sales pipeline in [HubSpot/Salesforce], providing accurate weekly forecasting.
The "Must-Haves":
5+ years of experience specifically in a Digital Agency or Tech Consultancy.
Direct Sales Experience in: Performance Marketing (Meta/Google Ads), SEO (Technical & Content), and Tech (Web/App Dev, CRM integrations like Salesforce/HubSpot).
A proven portfolio of closed deals with a typical contract value of 10 - 15 LAC INR.
Technical Literacy: You don't need to code, but you must be able to explain the difference between React Native and Native development, or why a client needs a server-side GTM setup.
Strategic Communication: Ability to build "C-Level" decks that focus on ROI, LTV, and CAC, rather than just "clicks and impressions."
