Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (Corporate Tie-ups) to lead business growth through strategic partnerships and corporate collaborations. The role requires developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving long-term corporate alliances to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and establish corporate tie-ups and strategic partnerships across targeted industries.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Generate business for Company services through institutional and corporate clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Admin, HR, and Procurement heads of corporate clients.
Lead client meetings, prepare business proposals, and deliver impactful presentations.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term association.
Prepare regular MIS and business reports for management review.
Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand presence.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience in corporate tie-ups, institutional sales, or B2B business development.
Skills & Attributes:
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
o Strong relationship management and leadership abilities.
o Strategic thinker with a target-driven and result-oriented approach.
o Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal drafting.
