Develops and executes sales plans, generates new leads through multiple channels, participates in events, and works toward achieving Sales targets (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually).
Client Relationship Management
Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, identifies upselling opportunities, and ensures smooth coordination with operations for service delivery.
Proposal Development & Deal Negotiation
Prepares customized proposals, leads pricing and contract negotiations, and secures profitable, long-term business agreements aligned with company goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Works closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to align service capabilities, support customer requirements, and run targeted business development initiatives.
Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
Collects customer feedback, resolves service concerns in coordination with internal teams, and ensures a high standard of service excellence.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Maintains CRM records, tracks KPIs, analyzes sales performance, and submits periodic reports to senior management to support data-driven decision making.
Continuous Learning & Professional Development
Enhances industry knowledge through training, conferences, and market updates, while sharing best practices within the business development team.
