Identify and generate new business opportunities for
3rd party / white-label manufacturing
in the cosmetics and derma industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and partners.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (R&D, production, packaging, compliance) to ensure smooth execution.
Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience
of 10-15 years in Business Development or Sales for 3rd party / white-label manufacturing from the
Cosmetics/Derma industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of
3rd party manufacturing processes
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Strong networking skills and industry contacts.
Result-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Science/Pharma background will be an added advantage).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
