Drive and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Leverage in-depth knowledge of gym equipment sales across India to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Improve customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle by ensuring prompt and solution-oriented service.
Coordinate closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and a seamless customer experience.
Provide regular and accurate reports to senior management on:
Sales performance
Stock levels
Customer issues
Operational bottlenecks
Team productivity
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives and drive high-quality leads to the sales pipeline.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a solution-oriented approach in all client interactions.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily MIS reports for the sales team.
Monitor and improve internal processes to streamline workflow and boost overall team performance.
