Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in

construction, interiors & infrastructure projects

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

builders, developers, corporates & government bodies

. Search, evaluate, and apply for relevant

government tenders

on portals like GeM, eProcure, CPWD, PWD, DDA etc. Prepare and submit

tender documentation, BOQ, and cost estimation

in coordination with the technical team. Attend

pre-bid meetings

, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with government requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly

sales & tender targets

. Coordinate with management for

project closure and payment collection

.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in

Civil Engineering / Business / MBA

(preferred).

4-7 years of proven experience

in construction business development and government tendering. Strong knowledge of

tender portals, documentation, costing & EMD/MSME exemptions

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,964.65 - ₹45,346.91 per month
