Role Overview:
This is an individual contributor role focused on B2B sales, account management, and business growth. The ideal candidate will leverage strong connections within the HR community to generate new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales by identifying, pitching, and acquiring new clients ("new logos").
Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR leaders across corporates.
Manage and grow existing accounts through farming and account management.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, reporting, and client documentation.
Represent company at industry forums, networking events, and occasional client meetings (minimal travel).
Requirements:
Female candidate, graduate/postgraduate with 6+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Strong HR community connects - ability to engage with CHROs, HR Heads, and L&D leaders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (non-negotiable).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
