Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and target- driven Sales & Strategy Manager to drive business growth in our localization (translation, voice-over, subtitling) and media production services (video, animation, e-learning adaptation). The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling to corporates (products & services), e-learning firms, IT, medical research companies, and media/advertising agencies. This role requires excellentcommunication skills, the ability to build long-term client relationships, and a strong focus on achieving sales. This role requires a strategic mindset, consultative selling skills, and willingness to travel to meet clients, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
? Business Development & Sales
o Identify, target, and acquire new clients across BFSI, Pharma/Medical Research, IT, E-learning, and Media verticals.
o Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and market research.
o Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
o Pitch end-to-end solutions including Translation & Localization, Voiceover, Subtitling, Video Production, and E-learning Content Adaptation.
? Client Engagement & Strategy
o Conduct consultative discussions to understand client content pipelines,
compliance needs, and localization requirements.
o Create and present tailored proposals, rate cards, and capability decks.
o Develop strategic account plans to maximize wallet share with key clients.
o Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
? Market Expansion & Partnerships
o Build strong relationships with vendor managers, procurement teams, L&D
heads, marketing managers, and compliance officers.
o Explore partnerships with agencies, e-learning developers, and production
houses to increase reach.
o Identify new business opportunities within emerging sectors and
geographies.
? Travel & Client Meetings
o Regularly travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
o Represent the company at conferences, expos, and roadshows.
? Reporting & Forecasting
o Maintain an accurate pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
o Provide weekly/monthly reports on targets, forecasts, and achievements.
o Share market intelligence and competitor insights to shape strategy.
Key Skills & Requirements
? Proven experience in sales/business development (4-7 years) in translation/localization, e-learning, media production, or IT services.
? Strong network within corporate, e-learning, training, IT, medical/pharma, and media agencies preferred.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
? Ability to craft tailored solutions and handle complex B2B sales cycles.
? Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
? Willingness to travel extensively (domestic/international as required).
? Familiarity with localization workflows, e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate),
and media production processes is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
