Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with a strong background in
Wellness, Healthcare, or related industries
. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the
wellness & healthcare sector
.
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat business.
Design and execute effective business development and sales strategies.
Conduct presentations, negotiations, and finalize agreements with clients.
Stay updated with
market trends and competitor activities
to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure business success.
Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
2-4 years of experience
in
Wellness, Healthcare, Skin, Aesthetics, or related industries
(mandatory).
Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities and ability to handle teams.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Chandigarh Branch.
Training:
15-20 Days (Unpaid) - Accommodation & meals provided by company.

Salary:
Will start from the date of joining in Delhi.
