Develop and execute business development for Sinopont Encapsulant and HEYU LRF to expand the market presence in India, particularly in the PV module manufacturing sector.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, material evaluation , managing certification, pitching, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Identify new market segments, partnerships, and channel opportunities to accelerate growth.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, PV Manufactures, developers, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with Suppliers teams (Sales, technical, Logistic, operations) to ensure seamless supply execution and customer satisfaction.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the solar and renewable energy space.
Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and key stakeholder meetings.
Report on key metrics including sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, profitability, and customer retention.
