We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive IT hardware and software sales, manage key accounts, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B/enterprise sales background, a proven ability to exceed targets, and experience in the IT solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of IT hardware (Servers, Storage, Networking, Firewalls, etc.) and software products to corporate clients.
Identify and acquire new customers through proactive sales, networking, and prospecting.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Engage technically with OEMs and partners for joint solution development and bidding.
Promote company solutions aligned with client goals and objectives.
Handle corporate/enterprise clients and ensure smooth sales cycles and account management.
Resolve client concerns and maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
2-7 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales (preferably IT hardware & software).
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
