Business Development Manager

and a

Bid Process Manager

- to help us grow in the competitive IT and tech space.

What You'll Do:

Business Development:

Explore and secure new areas of business across IT domains. Identify growth opportunities through market research and networking. Coordinate with top management on strategic decisions.

Bid Process Management:

Proactively search for relevant IT tenders - government, PSU, and private. Analyze eligibility, prepare documentation, and participate in the bidding process. Handle end-to-end bidding: from documentation to submission and follow-up. Negotiate intelligently to secure favorable terms and project wins.

Stakeholder Management:

Conduct discussions with leadership and clients. Represent our organization with confidence and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:

Female candidate with

minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

in BD + Bidding. Deep understanding of

IT industry trends, tender processes,

and opportunity evaluation. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and decision-making

skills. Proactive, resourceful, and strategic in business planning. Must have a

Master's degree from a Tier-A institute

(MBA highly preferred).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
