About Us:

We are a rapidly growing Online Travel Agency (OTA) focused on transforming how travelers discover and book unique accommodations and experiences across India. With a network of 700+ hotels and ambitious expansion goals, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help us onboard high-quality hotels and tour suppliers to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Onboarding:

Identify, approach, and onboard new hotel partners and tour operators across key tourist destinations in India. Ensure complete, accurate, and appealing listings, including pricing, photos, and service details.

Market Expansion:

Research and analyze new markets and regions to expand supplier partnerships. Develop strategies for supplier acquisition in both Tier 1 and Tier 2/3 cities.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with suppliers. Act as the main point of contact for partner support, training, and ongoing engagement.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with content, marketing, and tech teams to ensure smooth onboarding and listing optimization. Provide feedback from partners to help improve platform features and offerings.

Targets & Reporting:

Achieve monthly onboarding and revenue targets. Maintain a pipeline and provide regular reporting on lead status and conversion.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or OTA sectors. Strong understanding of the Indian travel and tourism landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and supplier engagement. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
