Position: Business Development Manager - Solar Projects

Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to drive business growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and lead initiatives to expand our presence across B2B, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in solar and renewable energy.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to design customized solar solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare and present proposals, financial models, and project reports.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
