Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, references, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs and decision-makers in client organizations.
Pitch recruitment services to corporate clients and close business deals.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to revenue and client acquisition.
Keep track of market trends and competitor activity.
Maintain proper documentation, client database, and follow-ups.
Represent the company in client meetings, job fairs, and events when needed.

Proficient in MS Office, emails, and CRM tools (if any)
Qualifications:
